Well it's been ages since I last posted and there have been changes since then. The main change is that I withdrew from the degree course I was doing. I'd been thinking about it for a while as I found I didn't have the time I felt I needed to devote to it. I was in danger of letting it take over completely and other interests were being neglected making me feel one-dimensional. After a period of catching up with house decorating, gardening and building bridges, I'm still doing art and design work but to my own timetable and following my own choices. I now also have time to travel around a bit more - next away break is to Budapest over Easter.
Meanwhile I'm working on designs and fabrics for art quilts and below is just some of the work I've been doing.

I've also been dye-ing, screen-printing and breakdown printing so have loads of fabrics to work with. Now I need to get down to actually piecing and stitching.
